WFS Commences Major Cargo Handling Contract for Qatar Airways at Liège Hub
Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) has officially launched its new cargo handling partnership with Qatar Airways Cargo at Liège Airport in Belgium. The contract covers more than 100,000 tonnes of cargo annually from 15 weekly freighter flights. These operations are conducted using a fleet of Boeing 777 and 747 freighter aircraft. To support the partnership, WFS is operating from a new 25,000 square metre warehouse at the airport. This agreement significantly expands the long-standing global relationship between WFS and the airline, reinforcing WFS's position as a leading handler in the region.
