Southwest Airlines Unveils 'Independence One' Livery to Celebrate USA's 250th Anniversary
Southwest Airlines has introduced a new special livery named 'Independence One' to commemorate the upcoming 250th anniversary of the United States. The patriotic design was unveiled on a Boeing 737-800 aircraft at an event in Houston, Texas. This initiative is a partnership with the America250 Foundation, the official nonpartisan organization for the national celebration. The aircraft features a striking design with 50 stars and 13 stripes, symbolizing the nation's flag. 'Independence One' joins Southwest's extensive fleet of special-liveried aircraft, including others with patriotic and state-flag themes.
