The Rhenus Group has completed its full acquisition of the LBH Group, becoming the sole owner. This move follows an initial purchase of a 60% stake in 2019, with Rhenus now acquiring the remaining 40% of the shares. The LBH Group is a global port agency and logistics company with operations across Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas. This transaction significantly strengthens the Rhenus Port Logistics division by fully integrating LBH's extensive network. The deal was officially finalized as of January 1, 2024.
