Pakistan International Airlines to Expand Fleet with Tenth ATR Aircraft
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is set to expand its regional fleet by leasing a tenth ATR aircraft. The new addition is an ATR 42-500, which was previously operated by a Colombian airline. This aircraft will be acquired on a dry lease basis and is scheduled to join the airline's operational fleet in May. The move will bring PIA's total ATR fleet to ten aircraft, consisting of five ATR 42-500s and five ATR 72-500s.
