Loganair to Take Over Guernsey-Stansted Route as Aurigny Withdraws
Scottish airline Loganair has announced it will launch a new service between Guernsey and London Stansted, starting May 21. The carrier is stepping in to take over the route from Aurigny, Guernsey's state-owned airline. Aurigny confirmed it is ending the service on May 20, citing low passenger numbers as the primary reason for the withdrawal. Loganair will operate the route using a 49-seat Embraer 145 aircraft. This move ensures the continuation of the air link between the Channel Island and Stansted Airport.
