Loganair to Commemorate Manx Airlines with 40th Anniversary Tribute Flight
Loganair will operate a special tribute flight to mark the 40th anniversary of the first Manx Airlines service. The flight is scheduled for October 19th and will recreate the original route from the Isle of Man to Manchester. An ATR72 aircraft will be painted in a special retro Manx Airlines livery for the occasion. Manx Airlines was the island's flag carrier from 1982 until 2002 and played a vital role in its connectivity. This event celebrates the legacy of the fondly remembered airline.
