Kuehne+Nagel Expands Frankfurt Cargo Handling with New WFS Services Deal
Kuehne+Nagel has signed a new five-year contract with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) for cargo handling operations at Frankfurt Airport. Under the agreement, WFS will manage over 100,000 tonnes of airfreight annually for the logistics giant. The partnership covers a wide range of shipments, including general cargo, pharmaceuticals, perishables, and e-commerce. As part of the deal, Kuehne+Nagel will move into a dedicated 4,500-square-metre facility within WFS's Frankfurt cargo terminal. This move strengthens the existing global relationship between the two companies and supports Kuehne+Nagel's growth strategy.
