ITA Airways to Integrate into Lufthansa's Miles & More Loyalty Program from April
ITA Airways is set to officially join the Lufthansa Group's Miles & More loyalty program this April, marking a significant step in its integration with the German airline giant. This move will allow members of ITA's current Volare program to earn and redeem miles across all Lufthansa Group airlines and their partners. Existing Volare members with elite status will have their tiers matched within the Miles & More system, ensuring a seamless transition. The integration is a key development following the Lufthansa Group's acquisition of a 41% stake in the Italian national carrier. Ultimately, the Volare program will be phased out as customers are fully migrated to the unified Miles & More platform.
