HAESL Launches Digital Tools to Reduce Engine Maintenance Turnaround Times
Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Ltd. (HAESL) is launching new digital tools to significantly shorten engine MRO turnaround times. The new systems, named 'Intelligent Planner' and 'Data Cockpit,' are designed to optimize the maintenance process for Rolls-Royce Trent engines. The Intelligent Planner uses historical data and AI to forecast the entire shop visit, identifying potential bottlenecks in advance. Meanwhile, the Data Cockpit provides a real-time, data-driven overview of the shop floor to improve decision-making. These innovations aim to enhance efficiency, manage parts more effectively, and ultimately return engines to service faster.
