Hactl Appoints Frosti Lau as New Chief Executive, Effective June 2026
Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has named its current Chief Operating Officer, Frosti Lau, as the company's next Chief Executive. The appointment will become effective on June 1, 2026. Lau will succeed the long-serving Wilson Kwong, who is set to retire after 16 years at the helm. Lau joined Hactl in 2017 and brings extensive experience from his previous roles, including a significant tenure at Cathay Pacific Cargo. The Hactl board stated that the two-year transition period is designed to ensure a seamless and smooth handover of leadership.
