Hactl Appoints Frosti Lau as New Chief Executive
Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) has announced the appointment of Frosti Lau as its new Chief Executive, effective from March 1, 2024. Lau will succeed the retiring Wilson Kwong, who has led the company since 2018. Lau first joined Hactl in 2021 as Chief Commercial Officer, bringing extensive experience from his previous roles at UPS and Yamato. In his prior role, he was responsible for overseeing the company's commercial strategy, business development, and customer relationships. The leadership transition is seen as a move to ensure continuity and drive future growth for the major air cargo handler.
