The company was co-founded by Guardian Jet principals Mike and Don Dwyer, along with charter executive Colin Cooper. Capstone Jet will operate as an independent brokerage, focusing on sourcing charter aircraft for clients. The firm will not own or operate aircraft, allowing it to provide unbiased recommendations from the charter market.
