GEODIS Expands Healthcare Logistics with New Chicago Cold Chain Hub
GEODIS has officially opened a new 18,000-square-foot cross-dock facility near Chicago O'Hare International Airport. The hub is specifically designed to support the healthcare industry's cold-chain logistics needs. It is equipped to handle temperature-controlled products within both +2°C to +8°C and +15°C to +25°C ranges. This new Controlant-validated site will enhance the company's temperature-controlled ground network for pharmaceutical and life science clients. The facility's strategic location will improve efficiency and compliance for sensitive medical shipments across the United States.
