Gama Aviation has announced a significant strategic move to acquire the UK-based charter brokerage group, Hunt & Palmer. The acquisition is valued at approximately £23.75 million ($30 million). This deal includes Hunt & Palmer's subsidiaries, such as Premier Aviation and the US-based Hunt & Palmer USA. The transaction aims to substantially expand Gama Aviation's global charter and brokerage service offerings. The acquisition, comprising cash and new shares, is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
