Global aviation services group Flyhouse has announced the strategic acquisitions of two key companies, C&L Engine Solutions and Magnetic MRO. U.S.-based C&L Engine Solutions specializes in the trading and management of mature engines such as the CF34 and CFM56. Estonia-based Magnetic MRO provides total technical care and asset management services. These moves are part of Flyhouse's strategy to build a comprehensive global aftermarket services platform. The group aims to become a one-stop-shop for leasing companies, airlines, and asset owners dealing with mid-life and end-of-life aircraft.
