Flybe Administrators to Distribute Additional £14 Million to Creditors
Administrators for the defunct airline Flybe have announced a second dividend payment for its creditors. An additional £14 million is set to be distributed, bringing the total payout to £31.6 million. These funds are designated for unsecured creditors, including former employees and HM Revenue and Customs. This payment represents about six pence for every pound owed, as the total debt amounts to £493 million. The regional carrier ceased trading in January 2023, which resulted in nearly 300 job losses.
