Finnair Commits to Fleet Modernization with Order for Up to 46 Embraer E195-E2 Jets
Finnair has announced a significant agreement with Embraer to modernize its regional fleet. The airline placed an order for up to 46 new-generation E195-E2 aircraft. This deal includes 23 firm commitments and purchase rights for an additional 23 jets. These state-of-the-art planes are set to replace Finnair's current, aging fleet of Embraer E190 aircraft. The move is part of the carrier's strategy to enhance operational efficiency, reduce emissions, and improve passenger comfort on its European routes.
