FedEx Donates Two Historic Boeing Jets to Pima Air & Space Museum
The Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson is adding two notable aircraft to its collection, both donated by FedEx. The new arrivals are a Boeing 727 and a Boeing 757. The Boeing 727 is particularly significant as it was the very last one built by the manufacturer in 1984. The Boeing 757 began its life as a passenger jet for Eastern Air Lines in 1982 before being converted to a cargo freighter for FedEx. Both aircraft are now being prepared for public display at the museum's grounds.
