The deal will particularly enhance DHL's capabilities in semi-automated and automated warehousing for both public and private sector clients. Vital Group brings over 35 years of logistics experience and key contracts in the consumer goods, technology, and healthcare sectors. The completion of the acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
