Decorated U.S. Navy Veteran and Test Pilot to Recount Career at New Hampshire Aviation Museum
Veteran U.S. Navy pilot Capt. Alan "Al" Gorthy will share insights from his distinguished military aviation career at the Aviation Museum of New Hampshire. The presentation is scheduled for Saturday, March 23, as part of the museum's 'Legends of the Sky' speaker series. Gorthy's extensive experience includes flying the A-4 Skyhawk, A-7 Corsair II, and the F/A-18 Hornet. He also served as a test pilot and commanded a carrier air wing during his 27-year service. The event offers attendees a chance to hear firsthand accounts from a seasoned naval aviator.
