Croatia Airlines CEO Jasmin Bajić Resigns After Seven Years
Jasmin Bajić has resigned from his position as President and CEO of Croatia Airlines, effective immediately. Citing personal reasons for his departure, Bajić has led the national carrier since 2017. The airline's Supervisory Board has appointed the current Director of Commercial Affairs, Slaven Žabo, as the acting CEO. This leadership change occurs as the company is in the midst of a significant fleet renewal, preparing to induct its first Airbus A220 aircraft. The Croatian government, the majority owner, will initiate a public selection process to find a permanent replacement.
