Clean Aviation's Successor To Expand Scope, Focus On Market Introduction
The European Union is preparing the successor to its Clean Aviation research program. This new phase will expand its focus beyond technology demonstration to include market introduction and industrialization. The primary goal is to accelerate the entry-into-service of sustainable aviation technologies, such as hydrogen-powered aircraft. The program aims to prepare the necessary regulatory frameworks, supply chains, and infrastructure for these new technologies. The European Commission is developing the proposal as part of the next EU research framework program, FP10.
