B-21 Raider Stealth Bomber Completes First Flight, Begins Formal Testing Campaign
The U.S. Air Force's next-generation stealth bomber, the B-21 Raider, has successfully completed its inaugural flight. The aircraft flew from Northrop Grumman’s facility in Palmdale to Edwards Air Force Base in California. This marks the official start of its formal flight test program, managed by the B-21 Combined Test Force. The comprehensive testing will validate the bomber's performance, stealth capabilities, and mission systems. The Air Force aims to have the B-21 combat-ready by 2026-2027, with plans to procure at least 100 aircraft.
