airBaltic Selects Globe Air Cargo UK as General Sales and Service Agent for the UK
Globe Air Cargo (GAC) UK has been appointed as the exclusive General Sales and Service Agent (GSSA) for airBaltic in the United Kingdom, effective April 1, 2024. Under the new agreement, GAC UK will market all cargo capacity on airBaltic's direct flights from London Gatwick and Aberdeen to its hub in Riga, Latvia. The services will utilize the airline's fleet of modern Airbus A220-300 aircraft. This partnership provides freight forwarders across the UK with access to airBaltic’s extensive network throughout the Baltics, Scandinavia, and Eastern Europe. Both companies have expressed optimism about the collaboration's potential to enhance air freight services between the two regions.
