Air New Zealand Unveils First US Routes for New Ultra-Premium Boeing 787 Cabin
Air New Zealand has announced the inaugural destinations for its new fleet of ultra-premium Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners. Starting in September 2024, the aircraft will operate on key routes from Auckland to New York (JFK) and Los Angeles (LAX). The redesigned cabins feature a significant product upgrade, including new Business Premier Luxe suites and the innovative Skynest sleep pods for economy passengers. This new configuration focuses on enhancing passenger comfort on ultra-long-haul flights by reducing overall seat density in favor of premium space. The launch is a central part of the airline's strategy to refresh its fleet and elevate its international service.
