Wizz Air to Suspend All Flights from Timisoara Airport Starting in October
Wizz Air has announced it will suspend all flights from Timisoara Airport in western Romania, effective October 27. The airline is closing its operational base at the airport, citing a challenging market environment and significant financial losses on its routes. This move follows a previous reduction in services from the same location earlier in the year. Passengers with bookings for flights after the suspension date will be contacted and offered alternatives, including a full refund or 120% of the fare in airline credit.
