Wisk Advances Flight Test Program with Second Generation 6 eVTOL Prototype
Wisk Aero has rolled out its second Generation 6 eVTOL prototype, a significant milestone in its aircraft certification program. This new autonomous, four-passenger air taxi will join the existing prototype in the flight test campaign based in Mountain View, California. The addition of a second aircraft is expected to accelerate the collection of flight data crucial for achieving FAA type certification. As a subsidiary of Boeing, Wisk is aiming to be a leader in the emerging autonomous urban air mobility market.
