WestJet Flight Attendants Begin Voting on Tentative Labour Agreement
Approximately 3,100 WestJet flight attendants have started voting on a tentative collective agreement. Represented by CUPE Local 4070, members have until July 25 to cast their ballots on the new deal. This agreement was reached last month following intense negotiations, successfully averting a potential strike. The union's bargaining committee is recommending that members vote in favour of ratifying the contract. Details of the agreement will remain confidential until after the vote is concluded.
