Volatus Aerospace to Achieve Full Ownership of Synergy Aviation
Volatus Aerospace has announced it will acquire the remaining 49% of Synergy Aviation Ltd., moving to achieve 100% ownership. Synergy is a leading drone and data services provider for the oil & gas, forestry, and mining industries in Western Canada. The acquisition will be completed through a share purchase agreement, with Volatus issuing 9.8 million common shares to the vendors. This strategic move aims to fully integrate Synergy’s operations and expand Volatus's footprint in industrial drone services. The transaction is currently pending final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
