Victims of New Mexico Medical Aircraft Crash Identified
Authorities have officially identified the three crew members who died in a medical aircraft crash in New Mexico's Capitan Mountain Wilderness. The victims were Pilot Fredrick Green, Flight Nurse Deanna Palmer, and Paramedic Matthew Shull, all part of the Trans-Aero Medevac team. The flight was transporting a patient from Roswell to the Sierra Blanca Regional Airport when the incident occurred. The wreckage was discovered in a rugged, remote area, which presented challenges for recovery operations. The National Transportation Safety Board is now leading the investigation to determine the cause of the fatal crash.
