US Air Force's B-21 Bomber and NGAD Fighter Programs Progressing Ahead of Schedule

The U.S. Air Force reports that two of its most advanced stealth aircraft programs are developing ahead of schedule. This includes the new B-21 Raider strategic bomber and the Next-Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) fighter platform. An Air Force acquisition official confirmed the positive progress during a recent Senate hearing. The B-21 Raider, which is currently in flight testing, is on track for its first delivery in 2027. The highly-classified NGAD program is designed to be a 'family of systems' that will ultimately replace the F-22 Raptor, ensuring future air superiority.
