US Air Force Confirms Two Advanced Stealth Aircraft Programs Are Ahead of Schedule

The U.S. Air Force has announced that two of its most advanced and secretive aircraft programs are progressing ahead of schedule. Air Force Secretary Frank Kendall confirmed that both the B-21 Raider stealth bomber and the Next Generation Air Dominance (NGAD) fighter platform are on an accelerated timeline. The first delivery of the B-21 Raider is now anticipated by 2027, with some projections suggesting it could arrive in the mid-2020s. This new bomber is designed for long-range missions and is capable of penetrating sophisticated enemy air defenses. Similarly, the NGAD program, intended to replace the F-22 Raptor, is also moving forward quickly. The successful development of these platforms is considered crucial for maintaining U.S. air superiority.
