UPS Expands Mexico Air Freight Operations with $50 Million Investment
UPS has announced a significant $50 million investment to expand its air freight network within Mexico. The expansion is centered around a new five-times-a-week flight connecting its Worldport hub in Louisville, Kentucky, with the industrial cities of Monterrey and Querétaro. Operated by a Boeing 767-300F aircraft, this new route is complemented by infrastructure and technology upgrades at the Querétaro hub. This strategic move aims to improve transit times and better serve Mexico's growing manufacturing sector, particularly small and medium-sized businesses.
