United Express Flight Makes Safe Emergency Landing in Missoula After Performance Issue
A United Express flight, operated by SkyWest Airlines, safely returned to Missoula Montana Airport shortly after takeoff on Tuesday. The Embraer E175 aircraft, bound for Denver, declared an emergency after the crew reported a "possible performance issue." The flight landed without incident and was met by airport emergency crews as a standard precaution. The aircraft taxied to the gate under its own power, and no injuries were reported among the passengers or crew. Passengers were later accommodated on a different aircraft to continue their journey.
