United Airlines Takes Delivery of Its First Airbus A321XLR in Hamburg

United Airlines has officially taken delivery of its first Airbus A321XLR at the manufacturer's facility in Hamburg, Germany. The aircraft, registered as N45501, marks a significant milestone in the airline's fleet modernization strategy. This is the first of 50 long-range narrowbody jets that United has on order from Airbus. The A321XLR is expected to enter commercial service in 2025, allowing the carrier to efficiently serve new transatlantic routes.
