UK's Largest Regional Airline, Loganair, Put Up for Sale by Owners
Loganair, the United Kingdom's largest regional airline, has been put on the market for the second time in 18 months. The current owners, brothers Stephen and Peter Bond, are seeking a new buyer to secure the long-term future of the carrier. The airline plays a critical role in connecting the Scottish Highlands and Islands, operating essential lifeline routes. Having returned to profitability after the pandemic, the owners believe now is the appropriate time to transition ownership. The sale process is being handled by Arrowpoint Advisory, with the current leadership team set to remain during the transition.
