UK's Largest Regional Airline, Loganair, Put Up For Sale
Loganair, the United Kingdom's largest regional airline, has been put up for sale by its owners. Brothers Stephen and Peter Bond, who have owned the airline for 25 years, are seeking to retire and find a new custodian for the company. The airline operates a fleet of over 40 aircraft, serving crucial routes throughout the UK, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands. Despite challenges from the pandemic, the carrier recently returned to profitability. The sale process is expected to conclude in mid-2023.
