UK Travel Firm 'Enjoy Travel' Ceases Trading, CAA Advises Flyers to Contact Airlines
The Chester-based travel firm Enjoy Travel has ceased trading, affecting customers with existing holiday and flight bookings. The company, which also operated under the names Enjoy Holidays and Enjoy City Breaks, was not protected by the ATOL scheme. The UK's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has advised that most flights booked through the firm should still be valid as they were likely made directly with the airlines. Customers are strongly urged to contact their respective airlines to confirm their travel arrangements. For non-flight elements of a booking, consumers may be able to claim a refund from their credit card provider.
