Two Teens Critically Injured in California Small Plane Crash
Two teenagers are in critical condition following the crash of a small, single-engine plane in San Bernardino County, California. The aircraft, a Mooney M20, was piloted by a 17-year-old male with a 16-year-old female passenger on board. According to authorities, the pilot reported engine trouble shortly after taking off from Apple Valley Airport. The plane went down while attempting an emergency return to the airport, ultimately crashing onto a residential property. The National Transportation Safety Board and the FAA are now investigating the cause of the incident.
