Two Killed as Small Plane Crashes in Northeast Philadelphia Neighborhood

A small, single-engine plane crashed in a residential area of Northeast Philadelphia, resulting in the deaths of the two men on board. The victims were identified as 54-year-old Josef Mittleman and 60-year-old Dr. Marvin Tenenbaum. The Piper PA-28 aircraft went down shortly after departing from Northeast Philadelphia Airport for a flight to Columbus, Ohio. Eyewitness videos captured the plane spiraling moments before it crashed near homes on Lott Avenue.
