Tunisia Approves $1 Billion Modernization Plan for Tunis-Carthage Airport

Tunisia's government has given the green light for a comprehensive upgrade of Tunis-Carthage International Airport, the country's main aviation gateway. The ambitious project is estimated to cost around $1 billion and aims to significantly enhance the airport's infrastructure and capacity. The modernization plan includes the construction of a new passenger terminal and improvements to existing runways and facilities. This strategic investment is intended to accommodate growing air traffic, improve the passenger experience, and solidify the airport's position as a key hub in North Africa.
