Titan Aviation and Bain Capital Joint Venture Sells Boeing 767-300ER Freighter to Cargo Aircraft Management
Titan Aviation Holdings and Bain Capital Credit have completed the sale of a Boeing 767-300ER freighter to Cargo Aircraft Management (CAM). The transaction was executed through the joint venture established by Titan and Bain Capital. This specific aircraft is currently operating on a long-term lease to a major, undisclosed e-commerce company. As part of the deal, Titan will continue to provide aircraft and lease management services for the freighter on behalf of CAM. This marks the second of two 767-300ERF aircraft sold to CAM by the joint venture.
