Three Israeli Nationals Killed in Small Aircraft Crash in New York
A small, single-engine aircraft crashed near Westchester County Airport in New York, killing three Israeli citizens on board. The Beechcraft A36 was en route from JFK Airport to Cuyahoga County Airport in Ohio when the incident occurred. The pilot, described as experienced, reported a rough-running engine and low oil pressure shortly before losing contact with air traffic control. Wreckage of the plane was later discovered in a wooded area near the airport. Both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) are investigating the cause of the fatal crash.
