SkyDrive and Suzuki Partner to Develop eVTOL Medical Logistics Network in India
Japanese eVTOL developer SkyDrive and automotive giant Suzuki are collaborating to establish an electric aircraft logistics network in India. The partnership aims to deploy electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft for medical and general cargo transport. This venture combines SkyDrive's advanced aerial technology with Suzuki's extensive market presence and distribution network in India. The companies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the government of Gujarat to begin developing a social implementation plan. The initial focus will be on utilizing SkyDrive's SkyCargo drone to tackle logistical challenges within the state.
