SITA Appoints Frank Jaffe as Senior Vice President of Global Services
SITA has named Frank Jaffe as its new Senior Vice President of SITA Global Services (SGS). Reporting to SITA CEO David Lavorel, Jaffe will now lead the division responsible for the implementation and support of SITA's solutions. This global team consists of over 1,500 specialists serving airlines, airports, and governments in 125 countries. Jaffe has been with SITA since 2017, previously serving as the Managing Director for the Middle East and Africa. This strategic appointment is part of SITA's focus on enhancing customer service and operational excellence.
