Scottish Airline Loganair Put Up For Sale After Returning to Profitability
Scottish airline Loganair has been put back on the market by its owners, Stephen and Peter Bond. The decision to sell follows the airline's return to profitability, posting a pre-tax profit of £9.5m for the year ending March 31, 2023. This marks a significant turnaround from a loss in the previous year. The sale process, which was paused in late 2023, has now been formally restarted. The airline is the UK's largest regional carrier and recently launched new routes, including a service from Dundee to London Heathrow.
