Ryanair Flight to Dublin Diverts to France After Suspected Cockpit Fire
A Ryanair flight from Lanzarote to Dublin was forced to make an emergency diversion to Bordeaux, France. The flight crew declared a mayday due to what was initially suspected to be a small fire in the cockpit. The airline later clarified the incident was caused by a "minor technical issue." The Boeing 737 landed safely, and all passengers disembarked normally. Passengers were provided with an alternative aircraft to complete their journey to Dublin as engineers inspect the original plane.
