Ryanair Cuts Summer Flight Schedule Citing Boeing Delivery Delays
Ryanair has announced it will reduce its summer flight schedule due to significant delays in aircraft deliveries from Boeing. The airline now expects to receive only 40 of the 57 planned Boeing 737 MAX jets before the end of June. This shortfall will force the carrier to make minor schedule changes, primarily reducing frequencies on existing high-volume routes. The adjustments will affect services from late March, impacting airports such as Dublin, Milan Malpensa, and Warsaw. As a result, Ryanair has lowered its passenger traffic forecast for the year to March 2025 from 205 million to around 200 million.
