Qatar Airways Expands Global Network with New Routes to Kinshasa, Tashkent, and Lisbon
Qatar Airways has announced a significant expansion of its network with the launch of three long-haul routes from its hub in Doha. The carrier will introduce a new destination, Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo, as an extension of its existing Luanda service. Additionally, the airline is resuming popular services to Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and Lisbon, Portugal. These routes will be serviced by a mix of aircraft, including the Boeing 777-300ER, Airbus A320neo, and Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. The new and resumed services are scheduled to begin in June 2024, enhancing the airline's connectivity across Africa, Central Asia, and Europe.
