Qatar Airways Cargo Reports 4.1% Growth, Hauling 1.43 Million Tonnes in FY24
Qatar Airways Cargo has announced a significant increase in its freight operations for the 2023-2024 fiscal year. The carrier transported 1.43 million tonnes of cargo, which represents a 4.1% growth compared to the previous year. This performance was achieved with a cargo load factor of 56%. The growth was a key contributor to the Qatar Airways Group's overall positive financial results, which included a net profit of $1.1 billion. The cargo division operates a fleet of 28 dedicated freighters, complemented by belly-hold capacity on 232 passenger aircraft.
